What is Healing and Guided Imagery?

Join Medical Hypnotherapist Jeanne Fournier to experience healing meditations, deep relaxation, and to share your healing stories.

Each imagery session focuses on relaxation, a sense of well-being, and healing the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.  Just drop in a bit before the start times listed below.  Support persons are also welcomed and encouraged to attend.
