Nuturing Daily Practices to Sustain You

This workshop, for patients, families and caregivers, teaches techniques to cultivate gratitude, compassion and forgiveness.

Through life's hardships, brief daily practices can help you find peace and comfort.  There are three practices taught in this course that you can incorporate into your daily life:

  • A gratitude practice for the morning
  • A compassion practice for the afternoon
  • A forgiveness practice at bedtime

People of every faith and those with no faith are equally welcome.
