Daily Spiritual Practices

A Workshop for Patients, Family Members and Caregivers

How can you cultivate gratitude, compassion and forgivenessthree emotional and spiritual states that can support you through life’s hardships?

We live in cycles of time and can find guidance, comfort and peace throughout the day.  In this workshop, you will learn brief spiritual practices that you can incorporate into your daily lives:

  • A gratitude practice for the morning.
  • A compassion practice for the afternoon.
  • A forgiveness practice at bedtime.

People of every faith tradition and no faith tradition are welcome.

Please call to register.  Registration is encouraged, though not required.
