Gaining and Regaining Balance Workshop

Gaining and Re-gaining Balance: Nurture Your Spirit, Heart, Mind and Body
A Workshop for Patients and Caregivers

As a cancer patient or a caregiver/family member, your life has changed.  Treatments for cancer can be challenging in every way imaginable.  If you were not already living your life in balance (spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally), you now have a new reason to try.  If you were living a balanced life, the challenges of living with cancer will require new strategies.

In this class, you will explore strategies for gaining and re-gaining the equilibrium you need to support you to heal and thrive.  You will learn to use your emotions to help discern what needs attention in your life.  To gain balance, you will create usable action plans that take into account the ways in which cancer has changed your life.

People of every faith tradition and no faith tradition are welcome.

Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required.
